Sorry, but I am unable to finalize the publishing plans and I don’t know when, if ever, I will come around to doing it. Although the content is edited and finalized, a printed copy with disclaimer that it is a preview copy is more likely to keep it in “yet unpublished” category, which will keep more options open for me in future. So I am hesitant to make PDF or eBook available right now.
